DLF has sold ₹16,000 crore worth of ultra-luxury flats in its housing project, The Dahlias, in Gurugram. These flats were sold in the last year since the project was launched in October. According to a report by PTI, DLF revealed to analysts that by the end of the September quarter, 221 flats had been sold in its luxury residential project ‘The Dahlias’. The average price of each apartment is around ₹72 crore. The total sales from this project reached ₹15,818 crore by the end of the September quarter.
The Dahlias Spread Across 17 Acres
The ultra-luxury housing project The Dahlias was launched in October of last year. In its first year, ₹15,818 crore worth of 221 ultra-luxury flats have been sold. This project is spread over 17 acres in DLF Phase 5, Gurugram. It consists of 420 luxury apartments and penthouses. DLF launched this project in the same location as its earlier successful ultra-luxury housing project, The Camellias, in Gurugram. This project has proven to be significant for DLF, as the company’s sales for FY 2024-25 have reached a record level of ₹21,223 crore, with a significant share coming from the ultra-luxury housing segment.
How is DLF’s Business Health?
Looking at DLF’s business results for the September quarter, the company reported a 15% year-on-year decline in consolidated net profit, which stood at ₹1,180 crore. During the same period, the company’s operational revenue also fell by 16.81% to ₹1,643 crore. However, the company’s total income saw a slight increase, rising from ₹2,180 crore to ₹2,261 crore.
Company Listed on Domestic Stock Market
DLF’s shares are listed on the domestic stock market. On November 4, the company’s stock closed at ₹774.05, down by 0.36%. Looking at the stock’s performance over the last year, it reached a record high of ₹896.45 on December 16, 2024. From that high, it surged 32.94% in four months to ₹601.20 on April 7, 2025, which marked a new record high for the stock. Looking ahead, according to data from Indmoney, of the 21 analysts covering DLF, 19 have a “buy” rating and 2 have a “hold” rating. The highest target price is ₹1,060 and the lowest target price is ₹740.
